In caso di cancellazioni fino a 7 giorni prima della data di arrivo non viene applicata nessuna penale ed è possibile utilizzare la caparra per prenotare un altro periodo di soggiorno, secondo le disponibilità dell’hotel sempre nella stagionalità in corso. Oltre questa data verrà addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno.
Nessun rimborso spetta all ospite che decida di interrompere il soggiorno intrapreso, al quale verrà addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno preventivato.
In case of cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged and the deposit can be used to book another stay period, subject to hotel availability within the same season. After this deadline, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
No refund will be granted to guests who decide to interrupt their stay; the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.
